Delta-9 THC is the naturally-occurring psychoactive compound found in both marijuana and hemp. We use hemp-derived Delta-9 THC in all of our beverages.

Delta-9 THC that is derived from hemp is legal in most states thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill. As long as a finished product contains less than 0.3% hemp derived THC by weight (as hemp is classified), it is considered legal. Some states may have restrictions on serving sizes and packaging requirements. Please check your local laws for clarification as regulation can change. We only sell to states that permit hemp beverages.

We use a Delta-9 THC emulsion from the leading nano-emulsion company, Vertosa. Most of their Hemp THC is derived from suppliers in Kentucky but often contains source material from various leading hemp states.

All of our products have undergone third-party lab testing to ensure our customers enjoy a safe, consistent experience. Simply scan the QR code on any of our THC-infused beverages to see the lab results for that batch of product.

"Start low and go slow" is a good rule of thumb. 5mg is the industry standard for one serving of THC. If you're new to THC, start with 5mg or less. Wait up to an hour before consuming more. Just like consuming alcohol, there are many factors that will determine how your body reacts to THC, so find out what works best for you. Be sure to read product labels to know how much THC is in each serving or package. Many of our canned THC beverages contain 10mg (two servings) of THC. If you're newer to THC, you may want to consider splitting this with a friend or drinking it more slowly over time until you know what serving size is right for you.

Nano-infused THC beverages have an onset time of approximately 20 minutes. They are absorbed faster and more consistently than other traditional edibles.

We do not recommend this, especially if you're newer to THC. It's best to know how THC and alcohol affect you separately before you begin consuming them together.
