Designed with flavor-forward ingredients and beginner-friendly dosing, this mocktail pairs Sweet Justice’s OG Cola with antioxidant-rich cherry juice, spicy ginger, and a hint of turmeric for a dynamic drink that’s both satisfying and mellow.

My Ruby Cola Recipe
Ingredients
1 ½ oz pure cherry juice
½ oz Ginger Rich Syrup (instructions below)
½ oz fresh lemon juice
Pinch of turmeric powder
3 oz Sweet Justice OG Cola (approx. 1.25mg of Delta9 THC)
Making the Ginger Rich Syrup
You’ll need:
2 cups of white granulated sugar
1 cup of water
1 tbsp of fresh-pressed ginger juice
How to make:
In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water and heat on medium-low.
Stir until sugar is completely dissolved, scraping the sides with your spatula to avoid crystallization.
Let cool.
Add 2/3 cup of sugar syrup to a blender with 1 tbsp of ginger juice and blend to integrate.
Bottle and refrigerate up to 1 month, shake well before use.
Step-by-Step Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients but the Sweet Justice OG Cola.
Add enough ice to cover the liquid in the shaker, plus a bit more.
Cover and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
Strain into a 12-oz Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
Slowly top with 3 oz of Sweet Justice OG Cola and give it a stir
