Today’s recipe is The Island Lounger — a refreshing, fruit-forward THC mocktail that’s all about mellow vibes, citrusy brightness, and just a hint of herbal chill. Think of it as your welcome drink to vacation mode — no booze, no stress, just a beautifully balanced sip.

The Island Lounger Recipe
Ingredients
½ lime, cut into quarters
½ oz Best Base Honey Syrup
3-4 mint leaves
1oz mango nectar
4 oz Sweet Justice Pacific Island Punch (3.4 mg THC)
1 mint sprig, for garnish
Making the Best Base Honey Syrup
You’ll need:
1 cup of water
¾ tsp bee pollen
2 cups of high-grade amber honey
How to make:
In a small saucepan, bring water to a simmer over medium-high heat. Add bee pollen and stir.
Add the honey and turn heat to low.
Stir until honey is integrated and bee pollen is dissolved.
Fine strain out the solids using a cheesecloth on a colander and let cool. Bottle and refrigerate for up to 3 months
Step-by-Step Instructions
In a mixing glass, combine lime pieces and syrup. Muddle to release lime juices.
Take mint leaves and place them in the middle of your palm. Clap to release oils and add leaves to mixing glass.
Add the mango nectar and 2 oz of the Sweet Justice Pacific Island Punch.
Add enough ice to cover the liquid in the mixing glass, plus a bit more.
Use a bar spoon to stir lightly for 5-10 seconds.
Strain through a strainer and a fine cove strainer into a 12 oz Collins glass filled with ice.
Top with the remaining 2 oz Sweet Justice Pacific Island Punch and give it a quick stir to integrate.
Garnish with a fresh mint sprig
