Elderberry Infused Mocktails
If you’ve ever been through a field of flowering elderberry trees, you will know that the scent is truly, unbelievably dreamy. In the alcohol world, we have St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur as our famed floral additive to drinks. For the cannabis comparable, there is Elderberry Pom from Sweet Justice with just the right amount of fragrance and a zesty tang that comes from real pomegranate juice paired with a mellow buzz of approximately 2mg of THC. It is a perfectly dreamy canna-curious sip.

Field of Dreams Recipe
Ingredients
½ oz Chamomile and Meyer Lemon Syrup
½ oz lemon juice
4 oz Sweet Justice Elderberry Pom (1.6mg THC)
Lemon square for garnish
Making the Chamomile and Meyer Lemon Syrup
You’ll need:
3-4 Meyer Lemons
2 cups of white granulated sugar
¾ cup strong brewed chamomile tea
How to make:
Peel the lemons and place the peels in a medium bowl. Add sugar. Muddle slightly to release the oils from the peels. Set aside.
Cut the lemons in half and juice using an elbow juicer, saving ¼ cup of the juice.
In a medium saucepan, combine the lemon peel and sugar mixture with the juice and the chamomile tea.
Bring to a simmer on medium heat then reduce to medium-low, stirring frequently until sugars are dissolved, about 10-15 minutes.
Let syrup cool and strain out solids. Bottle and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
Step-by-Step Instructions
In a 10 oz Collins glass, combine the syrup, lemon juice, and 2 oz of the Sweet Justice Elderberry Pom.
Fill with ice and stir with a bar spoon for 5-10 seconds.
Slowly top the drink with the remaining 2 oz Sweet Justice Elderberry Pom.
Give it a quick stir to integrate the fizz into the drink.
Garnish with the lemon square.
Sweet Justice Sip Tip:
Use a torch to roast a lemon rind for garnish with some added flare!
